Why do I even bother. After much calling, no luck.
This it not the first time I've had problems with an inability to actually get get Dell to take my money.
Usually when this happens at work, I've just walked away and bought HP.
But my wife really has her heart set on the Studio 17, so time to see if our Dell business sales contact agent can help.
